Physical access is controlled both at the perimeter and at building access points by professional security staff utilising video surveillance, intrusion detection system, and other electronic means.
The authentication used by Zapala Go is an extra layer of security. No one has access to your password so if you cannot remember it, you may use the forgotten password link to request a new password.
Data centres across the globe
We use data centre facilities that are built in clusters in various global regions. In case of failure, automated processes move customer data traffic away from the affected area into other sites. Your data is stored in the country it has been created in and we have backup data in Australia.
Zapala Go is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If something goes wrong, we will be the first to know about it and we will have technicians working to fix the problem immediately, no matter when it happens.
