Sweet, sweet May! With a new month and a new season, there is a lot going on with Zapala Go. Being young means growing up and gaining self awareness…and even though we are a software we feel like that’s exactly what is going on with us. So we’re becoming more mature, day by day, and we have some amazing features and updates for this month!
Reinstate a lost quote
We are constantly talking about how feedback is important and we take it very seriously. Over the past few weeks, many clients have asked us for an option to reactivate a lost quote. As your wish is our command, we’re happy to announce that now you can already do that.
Through the Quote screen, all you’ll have to do is to click on the Reinstate icon and you’ll be ready to go! The quote will be available once again so you can edit it as many times as needed, forward to your customer or print it.
Invoices automatically updated
From now on, if you’ve already generated an unpaid invoice to a certain Job, every time you add or edit a service in that particular Job the invoice will be automatically updated. To make sure this option is already working for your account, head to Settings → Company → Configurations → Invoice Configurations and click on the box that says “Invoice automatically updated”.
Invoices paid through the Customers screen
We’ve published an improvement to the system that allows you to pay invoices through the Customer screen.All you need to do is head to the Customer screen inside the Sales tab, click on the view icon, go to the Invoices tab and you’ll see the green bill icon that allows you to pay an invoice.
