When it comes to providing a solution as a software in the digital age, it couldn’t be more accurate. Our road is always under construction in the best possible way! In an attempt to always challenge ourselves, we are always paying attention to everything our customers are asking and to the environment surrounding us to come up with a better version of ourselves. With that in mind, these are a few of the changes we have published in July and early August.
EDITING THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SERVICE STRAIGHT FROM THE INVOICE
Each one of our customers has its own way to manage your business and deal with their own customers. Even though using a software implies in applying new standards, we try our best to make sure our clients are still using their best practices. We’ve realised that most of them had very personalised invoices, giving further details about a job. For that reason, we’ve published an update that now allows you to edit the description of a service straight into the invoice.
To do that, all it takes is literally just heading to your Accounting –> Invoices, selecting the invoice you would like to edit and hit the edit icon. Once it is done, just save it and send it to your customer.
TEMPLATES TO UPLOAD FLEET & CUSTOMERS
As a solution that offers everything you need to manage your business from one place, we understand that an easy and quick way to upload your current information into our platform is a must. For that matter, we have published in early July an improvement that allows you to input all data about your fleet and customers into a template and upload it all at once into Zapala Go.
NEW REPORTS SCREEN
This is one of the most exciting improvements of the last few weeks. We have redesigned completely the screen for Reports.
We have decided to make it easier to have access to all important data about your businesses and jobs. For that matter, we’ve improved the user experience by displaying all possible reports in one screen. As soon as you select one of the options above, with two clicks you’ll generate the Report you need.
Our development team is non-stop and besides the fortnightly updates, our guys are always working on new solutions, features and improvements based on feedbacks and lots of observation. Stay tuned for the next updates!
